PureBulk D.I.Y. – Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

- 2 tbsp, 74cc (2.5 Scoops) – Whey Protein Isolate
- 1/2 tsp, 2.5cc (1 Scoop) – BCAA
- A pinch of Stevia Extract (Rebaudioside A 98%)
- 1/2 cup of Plain Non-fat greek yogart
- 1/4 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of ice
- 1/2 cup of Raspberries
- 1/2 cup of Blackberries
- 1/4 cup of Blueberries
- 1/4 cup of Bananas
Dump it all in the blender and make a smoothie! Violently slam a cup down, fill the cup with your smoothie, and enjoy that shake!
